A RESOLDTION DR'�MTNING THAT SANITARY SSWER SERVICS
WILL NOT HE PROVIDED TO CERTAIN VACANT PROPERTIAS LOCATSD
� BETWEEN BAYSID$ ROAD AND STIIBBS BAY
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota;
and �
WH$R$AS, the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project was initiated by
the City to solve existing on-site sewage treatment problems in
the Stubbs Bay area; and
WH$REAS, within the Stubbs Bay area are contained a
� number of vacant lots and parcels lying between Bayside Road and
Stubbs Bay, said parcels providing lake access to properties on
the inland side of Bayside Road; and
WHEREAS, said properties are substandard in area and
depth so as to be considered non-buildable lots; and
_ WHERBAS, said lots will not benefit from the Stubbs Bay
Sewer Project because the City would not allow any use of said
lots which would require connection to the municipal sewer.
NOW, THERI;FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following
parcels listed by PINS numbers will not be provided with sanitary
sewer service as part of the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project, and will
not be assessed for that project:
