� Budget Hearing of the Orono Council, 7: 30 P.M.
� September 18, 1975
S The Orono Council met on the above date with
the following members present: Mayor Searles,
� Councilmembers Butler, Massengale, Paurus, and
Welsh.

• Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to instruct the 1976 BUDGET
City staff to coordinate �11 legal and engineering
� charges into two line items and control cards.
Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .

Searles moved, Butler seconded, to instruct the
� City Administrator to prepare a resolution
adopting an 11. 68 mill rate for the year 1976.
� Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .

� Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to hold a special
Council meeting October 2 , 1975 at 7: 30 P.M. at
� which time the Adr.linistrator shall present a
resolution approving the 1976 tax levv collectible
� in 1976 for all other special assessments, and
at which time utility delinquents and street
� light assessments shall be certified. Motion,
Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
Searles moved, Welsh seconded, that the meeting ADJOURPIP�IENT
be adjourned at 9 : 45 P.M. Motion, Ayes (5) -
