I inspected the house on May 16, 2006. This is/was a 1969 contemporary house with a flat roof. A major portion of the roof has given way and collapsed on the front deck and steps blocking both the front doors. It is a hazardous pile of debris with nails sticking out all over. I walked around the structure to see if the rest of the house was secured. I found two open doors on the lowest level. The patio doors that were locked appear to be on the verge of losing their glass panes due to rot. I entered the house to check for any signs of this house being an "attractive nuisance" for the neighborhood children. I did not find any evidence of the house being used as a party spot but tf�at is due to the extreme condition of this house. The entire roof system has been compromised. There are major signs (fallen ceilings, etc.) of water damage all over the lowest floor. The house is completely inundated with mold/mildew and fungal growth. It is completely uninhabitable. I have been in dozens of abandoned structures but have never feared for my immediate safety as I did in this house.
