Dear Dr. Kyle:
This is a reminder that your residence must be connected to City sewer at this time due to a n���-
confomung �septic system. The sewer connection was required within 90 days of the sewer
availability date, or March 24, 1993 for most residents. Connection to City sewer must now
be made by December 31, 1993 to avoid legal action.

Dear Dr. Kyle:
This is a follow-up letter to remind you that the residence at 185 Landmark Drive must be
connected to Ciry sewer at this time due to a non-conforming septic system. Two notices have
already been sent regarding your connec[ion to City sewer. The most recent notice dated
December 2, 1993 requires connection to the sewer by December 31, 1993. At this time, we
have not heard from you nor has a pernut been issued for the required connection. If we do not
hear from you by January 17, 1994, we will be forced to file a formal complaint.

Dear Dr. Kyle:
Due to a non-conforming septic system, you were required to connect your residence at 185
Landmark Drive to City sewer within ninety days of availability (March 24, 1993). As your
sewer connection was not completed, additional notices were sent on December 2, 1993 and
January 5, 1994(enclosures). During our telephone conversation in January of 1994, I indicated
that you could make the connection to City sewer in the spring as the connection would be
dif�cult in frozen ground.
A connection deadline of June 1, 1994 has been established. If this deadline is not met, the Ciry
will initiate legal action.
