Ms . Janet Aske
1845 Lakeview Dr .
Orono , MN 55364
Dear Ms . Aske :
We have completed a site evaluation for on-site sewage treatment
facilities at your residence at 1865 Lakeview Dr. in Orono.
The extremely high water table indicates that a mound system would
be the most suitable on this lot . The areas suitable for he
mounds are quite limited . On the enclosed sketch we have shown
a recommended location . We feel the mound could be best blended
into the landscape at this location . A pumping station should
be installed with the mound . The construction detail should be
in accordance with current City of Orono "Mound Package" and
"On Site Sewage Treatment Design Manual " .
Please call if you have any questions .
Yours truly,
 " •
