� The City of Orono Board of Equalization reconvened at 7: 30 P.M. ,
. June 19 , 1975, at the Orono City Council chambers. Members present
were - Chairman Robert Searles and Councilmen Massengale, Paurus and
� Welsh. Also present were Clerk-Administrator, Walter Benson and City
Assessor, Glenn W. Hawkyard.
� The following actions were taken:

43360 - 8520 - James A. Flader. Searles moved, Massengale seconded,
• and unanimously approved to make no valuation change.
P4otion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .

� 42520 - 1500 - Bernard Kogan. Searles moved, Massengale seconded, and
unanimously approved to reduce the lot value from
� $8,200 to $4 ,000 to equalize the value with other lots
in the area. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .

43240 - 1800 and 3600 - D. J. I�Zonteith. Searles moved, �Velsh seconded,
• and unanimously approved to make no valuation change.
Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .

• 41325 - 9000 - Harry B. Stoker. No action - Clerical error.
� 42420 - 3065 - Frank Wagner. Massengale moved, Welsh seconded, and
unanimously approved to reduce the building value from
« $50,100 to $43,500. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
� 42420 - 0975 - Dick Keavney. Paurus moved, Massengale seconded, and
• unanimously approved to reduce the building valuation
from $97,000 to $88 ,000. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
� 41332 - 4500 - G. F. Butterfield. Paurus moved, Welsh seconded, and
� unanimously approved to reduce the Sub 11 building
(the greenhouses) from $40 , 800 to $30, 000. Motion,
� Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
� 41320 - 1080 - No action. The Freshwater Biological Research Foundation
has brought this before the County Assessor' s office.

� 41308 - 2500 and 3000 - Larry Hork. Searles moved, Paurus seconded,
and unanimously approved to make no valuation chang�.
� Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
� 41334 - 3027 - Rebers Construct�on Company. No action. The valuation
and classification has been changed by a change order.

41320 - 5050 , 5075 and 5100 - Richard Williams. No action. The
� County is valuing this property.
� 42270 - 6000 - Willard C. Shull. Massengale moved, Searles seconded,
, and unanimously approved to reduce the building valuation
� from $57 , 310 to $54, 000. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .

unanimously approved to reduce the valuation of the land

� Orono Board of Equalization for 1975 at 9 : 00 P.M. Motion, Ayes (4) -
