Paurus also noted that the Orono Human Service Commission to date has not � reported on its initial progress relating to developing a housing inventory and po].icy � that was sent to all members in February. • Councilman Paurus reported that he is in HIGHWAY #12 FREEWAY receipt of a letter from Mr. Harold J. � Panuska referring to the projected Highway #�2 Freeway Plan. It was noted that the first phase of the projected #1� freeway that Mr, Panuska was concerned with had been constructed. It was noted that Hennepin County will provide protection of the landscape area � from traffic i� necessary. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) o The City Attorney discussed the need to adopt PROPOSED ORDINANCE an unclaimed and confiscated property and Abandoned Vehicles, abandoned motor vehicle ordinance. This Unclaimed & Confiscated matter was deferred until the June 10, 1975 Property Council meeting to allow staff time to review the ordinance. The City Attorney presented a status report REPLATTING SURVEY on the replatting survey. The City Attorney presented a status report 26' SETBACK � on the 26 ' setback. . It was recommended ORDINANCE ` that this matter be deferred until more information is available.
