She Proposed Ordinance � requested consideration of several changes in �he current ordinance, namely-- a. Classification of school age members � as an aid to quorum requirements. • b. Classification of Council liaison as a possible voting member left to choice � by the term "either/or" in the ordinance. • � The Council agreed that Bernice Anderson APPOINTMENT should be notified of her appointment to Human Rights Commission � the Human Rights Commission through official communication from the Villagee • � Mr. Patrick �+Iells of Lungren Broso Construction, BUILDING SITE � requested Council's approval of a building site Lot 1, Willow Brook on Lot l, Willow Brook. The request was based � on Mr. Wells' opinion that proper percolation tests were not feasible this time of the year. • A letter from McCombs-Knutson Associates dated PRarch 21, 1975, recommending against • taking percolation tests this time of year was � included with this request.
