I've reviewed the revised site plan and offer the following comments:
1. The retaining walls on the northwest corner of the house as shown will require and engineered design. Walls
greater than 4' in height must be designed by a licensed professional. Tiered walls are considered one wall
unless they are separated by at least twice the height of the lower wall are considered one wall. Plans must be
submitted to the City for review prior to construction.
2. No other issues with the revised site plan. I will stamp it approved with comment.

We received an Zoning Permit application for landscape and hardcover changes to the property addressed 795 Lakeview
Parkway. Thank you for providing scaled plans, printable on 11 x 17 size paper,we really appreciate it.
We have reviewed the plans submitted and request the survey be updated to reflect:
• All proposed retaining walls shown on the landscape plan. The retaining walls must have top and bottom of
wall elevations shown. Note any walls over 4 feet in height or tiered walls not separated by twice the height of
the lower wall are required to have engineered plans submitted for our review and approval.

patio being proposed elsewhere. Please clarify.
Please provide additional clarification pertaining to the rip rap around the culvert within the drainage and utility
easement that crosses the property line. The landscape plan shows it as existing. Is it existing or proposed? Was this
installed by the developer?Or a requirement of the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District?
After we receive two copies of an updated survey, we will continue our review. Please don't hesitate to contact me if
