The City Council instructed the attorney to NON-CONFORMING USE review the Day Distributing request to add to Day Distributing a non-conforming residence and to place it on the next agenda as one of the first items to be heard. Prokopiev Lawsuit: The Council directed the PROROPIEV LAPJSUIT Attorney to file an answer to complaint. �The City Attorney discussed the status of the EISINGER LANDFILL isinger landfill.
