Motion, Ayes (4) - � Nays (0) , • Mayor Searles opened the public hearing at 7e35 P.r�i, PUBLIC HEARING � to con�ider improvements on a drainage ravine on North Shore Drive Ravine � North Shore Drive. The City Clerk presented the Notice of Public Hearing, the Affidavit of � Publication, and the Certificate of Plailing. Dennis i�leyer, Robert Carlson, Paula Majar � appeared. Day appeared regarding a building permit BUILDING PERMIT to add on to a non-conforming use. A formal 2687 Wayzata Boulevard � application has not been made.
