for City and your records):
North end: 422 lakeview Parkway located in street between 420 and 425 Lakeview Parkway
South end: 801 lakeview Parkway located east of 795 Lakeview Parkway

I think that is what you are looking for
As for the addresses we don't assign them
Typically the developer will pick an address close to an existing house
Just an FYI on the north monument the source is a transformer on the east side of Lakeview Parkway
On the south monument we have power on either side of the road
