� contemplated by the Lake Minnetonka Conservation
District regarding density, docks, etc. The
� first of the two-year meetings will be held
on VTednesday, January 29, 1975,

� Searles moved, Paurus seconded, to refer to HERRICK CIRCLE PROPERTY
� the Planning Commission the request for a
planned residential development for the
� Herrick Circle Property, Old Long Lake Road.

� the concept of the following League of Women
Voter's resolution:
� Whereas non-returnable beer and s�ft drink
� containers contribute to the rising cost of
waste disposal, and whereas such containers
• are highly consumptive of energy resources
and of steel and aluminum, therefore, be it
� resolved that the Counci7. of Orono encourage
� the Minnesota Legislature to adopt appropriate
legislation to establish a statewide policy
� regarding non-returnable beverage containers.

remaining balance of $19,794.24 for the

� The Orono Attorney presented a report on the NOERENBERG PARK
� future use of the Noerenberg County Park
property. The Orono Council requested the
� Park Commission and Planning Commission to

Report and Calling Hearing On Improvement, North Shore Drive Ravine

� Paurus moved, Searles seconded, that the HIKE TRAILS
� Orono Engineer give priority rank to the hike #15 & #19
trails on County Roads �15 & #19 through

• The Orono Council requested the Orono Engineer SEWER & WATER PETITION
to contact William Wear regarding his petition
� for sewer and water from Long Lake.

P�tayor Searles and Councilman P4assengale are RII�G ROUTE
� drafting a letter to Commissioner Robb to
� request the County to put the ring route back
into the five-year construction program.

Che Orono Council requested the Orono attorney METRO SEWER BOARD
�` to check into the use of monies from the Metro
� Sewer Board.
� Butler moved, Niassengale seconded, that the BILLS
� All Fund Accounts 18262 through 18376 and Liquor
Store Accounts 10465 through 10496, be paid.
