Muhich, Zoning Administrator � ��tayor Searles opened the meeting at 7:35 p.m. • Subject #1 On Site Disposal Systems was discussed with a rec�uest for volunteers to assist with: � a. New construction standards (working with PCA, Di�1A and Metro Council) � b. I�1aYntenance standards - old and new systems c. Soil types - this was begun by Dexter Marsten, however much more � work needs to be done d, j�later table conditions • Cor,unittee: Brad Van Nest, Chairman • Gary titi'elsh One additional Planning Commission member I�a.nk Mt�tiich Lyle Swanson � The Planning Commission will present to council a proposed ordinance on the above by June 30, � Subject #2 The Study of existing projected sewer areas and ground water • pollution in Crystal Bay, the N.E. corner of Stubbs Bay,and Dakota Avenue • north of Long Lake was proposed. There are five suggested possible ways to handle this situation: � 1. Do nothin� i 2. Rely on current regulations to control 3. Create a special on-site system to handle group of homes � 4. Use package plan to ha.ndle group of homes 5. Install sewer � `�inicipal storm water systems should also be looked into. • Committee: same as above,with the desired end �roduct to be a policy statement presented by June 30, 1975. • � Subject #3 Park Commission goals as follows: � a. Guthrie stated we have corrunitted ourselves to the Eisinger sanitary land fill on Highway #12. � follow up on the end use to be done by � Planning Commission. � Land fill and �dest Hennepin Ridership Study (busing/car park) to be done by Fred Curtis. • Developing scenic parkway - Park Commission and Norm Paurus • � Seminars on Conanunity Planning suggested for new Planning Coirmiission members and other interested parties.
