I'm very sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I've been swamped. Luke is no longer with the MCWD—Brandon
Wisner is our current Compliance Officer(copied on this e-mail), so all inquiries you would normally send to Luke should
go to Brandon. Regarding the violation at Lakeview Golf Course, we haven't officially closed it out yet but we likely will
only be requiring an after-the-fact dredging permit since the primary purpose of the excavation work was sediment
removal which is something that can be authorized under the District's Dredging rule. We will copy you on the
correspondence once it's drafted. I'll also be calling you about 85 Old Crystal Bay Rd N ASAP.
