The following members were present: Councilmen Butler and Paurus. Councilmen Massengale and Welsh absent. , The attached returns were presented for study as certified by the election judges of Precincts One, Two, Three, and Four. Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to certify the attached Orono State � Election results of November 5, 1974 . Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) .
