It was agreed by all parties concerned � that the status of the rerouting of Hennepin �County Highway �6 in conjunction with the proposed ring route was a factor and that the Hennepin County Highway Department was involved at this time with • developing a plan to acquire right-of-ways in this area. Further progress will be reported at the i November 12, 1974 meeting. � � The City Administrator presented a status report CHIEF OF POLICE REPORT concerning the employment of a Police Chief. • Twenty-three ca�didates will be tested Thursday, October 24, 1974. The results of the tests will � be reviewed and evaluated in approximately four- � teen days, after which an Oral Board will be formed to interview the ten most successful candidates. � The City Council will interview the top three �uccessful candidates for the position of Chief Police. This position should be filled by .
