The Village Council met on the above date

Butler moved, Paurus seconded, that the MINUTES
• Minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 24 ,
1974, be approved except to amend the following;
� It was agreed that the 5$ raw land park fund
� dedication should be banked for future park
acquisition, but the yearly $10,500 or 1/3 mill
� would be discontinued. The adjusted line item
1975 budget for land improvements under Capital
� Outlay shall read $12,500. P2otion, Ayes (3) -

� Paurus moved, Massengale seconded, to instruct TAX DELINQUENT PROPERs�
� the legal department to proceed with the 115 5tubbs Bay Road S.
acquisition and Torrens Title of tax delinquent

Dave Opheim, Park Commission Chairman, presented LUCE LINE TRAIL
� a status report on the progress of the DNR in
� developing the Luce Line Trail.

Dave Opheim, Park Commission Chairman, presented LARSON PARK PROPERTY
• a status report on the development and location
of facilities on the Larson property recently
� acquired as park property.

� Bran Van Nest, Planning Commission member, COr�lPREHENSIVE GUIDE P?�.���:
presented a status report on the progress of the
� Comprehensive Guide Plan concerning land use
• and zoning guides for the City of Orono.
� Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to accept as COP2PREHENSIVE GUIDE PI.::�_:
� presented all zoning drawings and maps relating
to land use and new zoning requirements, and also
� moved to proceed with scheduling all zoning,
�lcorporating land use, the comprehensive guide
an, and all legal written documents, into a
scheduled finalizing phase to be completed by

� John Biethner, James Lindsey, Dick Larson CRYSTAL BAY ROAD
� represented Minnetonka Beach inquiring of the Dead-end Request
�tatus of Crystal Bay Road. They requested
� the Orono City Council and the Minnetonka
Baech Council to search for a
� reasonable solution to the traffic problems
and the possibility of dead-ending the street
� in question. The Orono City Administrator
� shall work with Minnetonka Beach on this
problem.
