The City Council reviewed the Larson property PURCHASE AGREEP1lENT
• �urchase agreement and instructed the City Larson Property
� ��dministrator to officially sign and return
i�t with a $500.00 earnest money deposit to

T�assengale moved, Paurus seconded, to instruct INDOOR ICE ARENA
� the Administrator to draft a resolution Committee
• �stablishing a committee to investigate and
study the needs of the [niest Henne�in area in
� r�ference to the possibility of constructing
an indoor ice arena. The committee �rould be
� composed of representatives from the City
Council, Planning Commission, Park Commission,
� Orono and �lound School Districts an� Orono and
iIound Hockey Boosters Association. '�his

� Board members action to employ rlr. Glen
Hawkyard as the District's assessor at an
� annual salary of $15, 000 and a probation

on the zoning and development agreement

� The City engineer submitted a soil and water SLYCIMATER REPORT
analysis report concerning vi,cinities of the
� Crystal Bay and Stubbs Bay areas. It was
�greed that a full evaluation report would
� take another 20 days when further sampling
• in sewered areas would be completed.

� a refund of $7,000 to DiCon Corp. which was DiCon Construction
on deposit to guarantee the construction of
• Scotch Pine Lane, a public street servicing
