� the Planning Commission to have a complete PRELIMINARY PLAT
�review of any preliminary plat or revised Cheyenne Land Company

• the City Council. It was further noted
that the Cheyenne Land Company was entered
� on the agenda for August 27, 1974, because
� of the request of the attorney representing
the Company.
+ The City Council summarized the transportation
� plan which shows the upgrading of Highway #12
through the proposed subdivision. It was
� also noted that public interest would not
be served by allowinq the developm�ent of
� 31 one-acre lots for single families and
� then have the Highway Department develop
part of the subdivision for future highways.

Because the City is in the process of -
� c�:�pleting a City wide Comprehensive Guide
Plan, which calls for major rezoning to
• preclude the necessity for extending
+ expensive municipal services, ie, sewer
and street systems, throughout the community
+ and the probable routing of Highway �12
and its potential adverse impact on the
� future residents involved, therefore

• The attorney presented a status report on MSA FUNDING
N1SA funding. Further information will be

� The attorney presented a status repar.t on IDS AGREEME?�T
� the IDS agreement. The status report
indicated that more time would be required
� by IDS in reviewing the zoning and development
agreement. It was also agreed that a parallel
� comparision of all conditions was necessary.
� It was agreed that all procedures concerning FILL PERT�4ITS
� fill permits would be closely channeled
through the Village Administrator and legal
• department.

� Fund Accounts 17101 through 17177 and Liquor
Store Accounts 10206 through 10231, including
� the addition of a second check to the Twin
� City Wine Company in the amount of $147.43,
because payment was stopPed on the original
