To Whom It May Concern:
Based on the attached survey, topographic map, plat map and Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM),
it appears that the residence structure at 3245 Lafayette Ridge Court is located in Flood Zone C,
i.e. not witliin the designated floodplain. While a portion of the lot may be within the floodplain,
the house appears to be(and the survey indicates it was proposed to be)approximately 10 feet above
the adjacent wetland elevation.
