July 15, 1974 • � The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Searles, Councilmen Butler, Massengale, � and Paurus. Councilman Welsh absent. • � Mayor Searles introduced two general NEW ADMINISTRATIVE contractors, Mr. Ray Merz of Crawford- BUILDING - Contractors � Merz , Inc. and Mr. Bill J. Jaeger of Kraus- Anderson, Inc. ,to the City Council members. � • Mayor Searles discussed the current specific and future general space needs and requirements � to accommodate the City administrative staff. . � The contractor-builders were shown the proposed building site followed by a discussion on � what approach should be taken in developing a sound construction plan for a new City • administrative building. � The contractors will respond to the City � Council' s request by August l, 1974. � Mayor Searles adjourned the meeting at 9 : 15 P.M. � � - _, �� .. � �� • Robert L.
