the bank, City Clerk and Treasurer balance
� each month.

• the hiring of Mr. Fredrick Golgart, Long Police Department
• Lake, and T-Ir. Lyle Day of Long Lake for
part-time police officers to work only for
� the City of Orono as part-time police

� the Acting Chief of Police's salary from Acting Chief of Police
� $13,380 to $15,700 per year, effective

of ground water testing was accepted by the
• City Council.

The City Council accepted the letter from the 1�-I.S.A. FU�VDS
• City Engineer°s office relating to the use of Right-of-ways
i-�.SoA. funds for the purchase of right-of-ways
�and instructed the City Administrator to proceed
� through the Engineer's office on a further
feasibility report by using these funas for
� right-of-ways inside or outside of the City
boundaries.

for a firearm use permit and to refund him

� the appointment of i��rs. Joan Lattin to the Officer Coordinator

� at the yearly salary of $8,500 which shall

the application for a large assembly permit rqinnetonka Art Center
� for a concert to be held at the Z�Zinnetonka
Art Center, July 11, 1974 at 8:00 P.P2.
� The proceeds from this concert will be
turned over to Young Life, a non-profit
� organization. The nermit fee of $50.00
shall also be waived. Motion, Ayes (5) -

the six-month salary increase for Officer Officer Franklin

states, to $947.00 per month, retroactive
