�he City Council met on the above date iaith
the following members presents i�layor Searles,
� Councilmen Butler, t�Tassengale, Paurus, and
� Welsh,
� At this time, i�layor Searles introduced 21 PROPOSED ADNIIVISTRATION
� architects representing 14 architectural BUILDING
firms located in the Twin City and T�2etropolitan
• area.
� These firms were asked to appear for an
� informal informative meeting to relate to
the general and specific needs that are
� sought for a new City Administrat�bn � Building.
� Sketches of the proposed building site and
estimated space requirements v�ere distributed
• to everyone present.
� Playor Searles conducted a brief tour for an
� on-site inspection of the proposed building
site which is located at 1325 Brown Road South.

�fter some discussion on what procedures
hould follow this general information session,
it was decided that the interested architectural
� firms would make written responses to the City
� by August 1, 1974, after which date, the City
CouMcil will review and recommend.

� Searles moved, Butler seconded, that the ADJOURNI�iENT
meeting be adjourned at 9s30 P.M. t�otion,
