The City Attorney presented a status report LOT OF RECORD ORDINANCE
on the Lot of Record Ordinance.
Paurus moved, Butler seconded, that it be
drafted into the existing ordinance deleting
Item C. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (1) .
Councilman Welsh Nay.
The City Engineer presented a status report IDS EASEMENT
on the IDS easement with the FWBI. No action
was taken.
The City Engineer presented a status report HENNEPIN COUNTY
on the Hennepin County Highway Five-year Plan. Five-Year Plan
No action was taken.

resignation of Mr. Gerald Ross as Chief of Chief of Police
Police and extending to Mr. Ross 30 days of
paid vacation beginning June 20 , 1974 and 30
