Special Meeting of the City Council, 7: 10 P.M.
June 18, 1974
The City Council met on the above date
with the following members present: Mayor
Searles, Councilmen Butler, Massengale,
Paurus , and Welsh. •
Paurus moved, Butler seconded, that the PARTENWOOD SEWERS
Engineer should prepare a cost analysis Maxwell Bay Side
of the sanitary sewer along Maxwell Bay
side of the Partenwood plat to be compared
against the cost of pumping Lots 1-2-3,
Block 1 of the subject plat together with
deepening the line on Partenwood Road to
serve Lot 4 , Block l. The Engineer would
prepare these costs and present them to
the Council on June 25, 1974. Discussion
was held on this matter with two of the
home owners involved. Motion, Ayes (4) -
Nays (1) . Councilman Massengale Nay.
PARTENWOOD SEWERS
Butler moved, Welsh seconded, that the Stubb' s Bay Side
gravity line along the Stubb' s Bay side
of the Partenwood plat be eliminated and
a lift station be constructed north of the
Partenwood plat. Open for discussion - , ,
Dick Benson recommended a lift station.
Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (1) . Councilman
Massengale Nay.
Welsh moved, Butler seconded, that the design NORTH ARM SEWER
concept of a lakeside sewer on North Arm,
located north of Windjammer Lane be approved.
Also, a lift station to be located near or
on the Franzel property. Motion, Ayes (5) -
Nays (0} .
