An example of this would be our marshlands Ordinance Noe 125. G]e know runoff of commercial development is a very poor quality and requires extensive treatment of natural filtration. Councilman Butler Nayo a Butler moved, Welsh seconded, to tear down ��IAC°S PIZZA BUILDING � the building which is next to the [�Jindward i�Iarine marina building (this building is referred to as the Pizza building) due to the fact that it appears that an orcler was given in the past to tear this building down and if that order was given in the past, the building is to come downo It is felt that the building is a derelict, it is a nusiance, • it is not in use and is in a state of disrepair. The staff will research the past records and see whether or not such an order to tear this building down has ever been given in the past, � and if so, the staff is hereby directed to carry out that directive. In the event that Paul does not provide the staff with _ sufficient information upon which a decision can be made by the i�ay 13, 1974 meeting, the _ Council will take action that it feels is necessary without having received sufficient information from Paul. The staff �aill have ` a proposal ready for the Council at the i4ay 13, 1974 meeting with recommendations for the Council to consider. It is further stipulated that four clocks �vill be authorized at this time until th�e future �olicy of docks in that area can be established. Hardshin was recognizea to be the shape of the lot, for part of it lies � on the other side of the County Road. It is requested that preliminary plat be submitted wnich will accruately represent the subdivison and that the park dedication fee is to be worked � out before the preliminary plat will be approved at a future Council meeting.
