Ross , Councilmen Butterfield, Franzel,
and S�arles . Councilman Stubbs absent,
The Mayor announc�d that this was the �UBLIC HEARING
time and the place for a Public Hearing Municipal bVater
conc�rning a petition receivsd for
municipal wat�r, The Village Cl�rk
presented the Notice of Public Hearing
and the Affidavit of Publication and ths
C@rtificate of Mailing to affected
property owners . After all members of
the public present wer� afforded an
opportunity to be heard, the hearing
was closed.
The Public H�aring adjourned at 8 : 45 P.M, ADJOiJRNMENT
