HELD AT THE VILLAGE OFFICE NOVEMBER 5, 1969
Tht Village Council met as a Canvassing Board to canvass and certify the
results of the xegular Village Election held November 4, 1969.
riayor H. R. Ross called the meeting to order at 5: 35 P.M. The following
Councilmen were present : L. V. Butterfield and R. A7. Franzel. Councilmen
R. L. Seaxles and L. S. Stubbs absent.
The returns were presented for study as certified by the election judges of
Precincts One, Ttiro , Three, and Four. They were as follows ;

Franzel moved, Butter£ield seconded, to declare Louis B. Oberhauser was duly
elected Mayor, and that titfi2liam D, McCarthy was duly elected Councilman,
and that the Village shall be authorized to grant special licenses for the
sale of intoxicating Ziquor on Sunday , and the Board so certify. rTotion,

Butterfield moved, Franzel seconded, to adjourn at 5 :45 P.b4. A4otion,
