under the laws of the State of iviinnesota; and . •
WHEREAS, the City Conncii of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Councit")
., has adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the arderly, economic and safe
development of land within the City;and ,
V4'HEREAS, on July 26, 20I0 the City Couneil has considered the applicntion by

2. Dedication on the plat of perimeter Drainage and Utility Easements as required in

jurisdiction, and �ranting of the standard Aermanent Flowage and Conservation Easement

4.. Dedication of conservation easements for the protection of wetlands, woodlands, and open
• spaces shail be estabiished over aIt wetlands,wetland buffers, all of Outlot B and over the
following additional areas listed below and described in Exhibit B:
a) East 12Q' of Lot 1,Block 2 .
b) East 200' of Lot 2,Block 2 .
c) East I60' and South 30' of Lot 3,Bloek 2, and those areas of said iot located more
than 20' fram the proposed house footprint as depicted on the Preliminary Grading
Plan by Mark S. Gronberg dated 2/07/20Q6 and revised on 6/23/2010.
5. Provision to the City of a title apinion for the Property and certified copies of all recorded
� easements currentiy affecting the Property., t
6. Submittal of any grading plan revisions thaf may be required by the City Bngiaeer.
NO�V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that based on the findings of
Resolution No. 5421, the City Council of t�ie City of Orono does hereby approve the plat of
ItiIJ�'TYRE TWO,Hennepir�County, Minnesota(a copy ofwhich is attached as Exhibit�A)subject
to#he fallowing conditions:
I. Development within Kintyre Two is subject to the Conclusions, Orders and Conditions
enuinerated r�fithin Preliminary Plat Resolution No 5421.
' 2. The approvals b anted in this Resolution sl�ati become effective onfy wlien a�I conditions
of approvAl requiring actions by the Developer have been satisfied.
3. The City Clerk shall release the plat documents for filing oniy upon certification by the City
Aftorney, P)anning &Zoning Coordinator and City Engineer that alt rec�uirements of the
platting regulations have bcen satisfied.
4. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin County Registrar
o€Titles Office on or before January?6,2011 toaether with a certifiecl original copy of this
resolution and e�ecuted copies ot'the easements And covenants pertinent thereto. �
