Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the MINUTES ��inutes of the Regixlar Meeting of September 22 , 1969 September 22 , 1969 , be approved as written. A9otion , Ayes (S) - Nays (0) . Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the MINUTES R4inutes of the Special P•7eeting of October 1 , October 1 , 1969 1969, be approved as written. Motion , Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . Searles moved, Fxanzel seconded, that the i�.�INUTES I�finutes of the Special Budget i�leeting October 7, 19b9 of October 7, 1969 , be approved as written. A�otion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . Robert Bowen appeared concerning County Road #19 reconstruction plans . Mr. Bowen voiced disapproval of a nroposed four- lane higliway for County Road #19 from the Narrows bridge through Navarre. Stubbs moved , Butterfield seconded, that LONG LAKE FIRE CONTRACT the Long Lake Fire Contract be reinstated. Searles moved that the motion be amended, and that action be deferred until November 10 , 1969, ;�Iotion to the amendment , Roll Call, Ayes (2) - Nays (2) . Butterfield and Stubbs voting Nay. Mation, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the SUNDAY LIQUOR question of Sunday Liquor be placed on the Ballot £or the November 4 , 1969 , referendum.
