Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that RESOLUTION #294
Resolution #294 , A Resolution Providing
For The Collection Of Delinquent Sewer
Usage Charges , be adopted. Motion ,
Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that RESOLUTION #Z95
Resolution #295, A Resolution Amending
Assessments For Sanitary Sewer Improvements ,
1963 �, 1964 , 63-STP-1 , 63-TS-1 , 63•TLS-1 ,
And 64-LS-1 , be adopted, Motion, Ayes (4) -
Nays (0) .
Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that RESOLUTION #296
Resolution #296, A Resoluton Amending
Assessments For Sanitary Sewer Improvement
1965-I.S-1 , be adopted. Dgotion , Ayes (4) -
Nays (0) .
Stubbs moved, Butterfield seconded, to set 1970 ��ILL LEVY
the Orono Village mill levy at 41.9 mills
for 1970. Searles moved, Butterfield
seaonded, an amendment to the motion to
set the total 1970 Orono Village mill
Ievy at 41. 9 , which would include one
mill as a contingency fund. Motion on
amendment , Ayes (4) - Nays {1) . Franzel
voting Nay. Motion as amended, Ayes (4) -
Nays (1) . Franzel v oting Nay.
Searles moved, Stubbs seconded, that RESOLUTION #297
Resolution #297 , A Resolution Approving
The 1970 Tax Levy, Collectible In 1970 ,
be adopted. ?4ation, Ayes (4) - Nays (1) .
Franzel voting Nay.
Searles moved, Butterfield seconded, that ADJOURND9ENT
the meeting be adjourned at 7 :00 P.?�4.
