Thank you for providing scaled plans, printable on 11 x 17 size paper,we really appreciate it. We have reviewed the plans submitted and request the survey be updated to reflect: • The current location of all retaining walls. The landscape plan states all retaining walls are existing, but they don't appear to be in the same configuration as the approved plan. Top and bottom of wall elevations should be shown. • The trench drain and outlet. • The retaining wall and patio east of the house. • The front stoop. The front stoop on the original plan and landscape plan don't match. Please provide clarification. Please note split rail fences located in front yards cannot exceed 48" in height. Please update the survey and/or landscape plan and submit two copies of each for our review. The updated survey and landscape plan should match. Can we build the pool closer than the 30' side setback? Yes, the property is located in the RR-1 B zoning district, see the attached information sheet regarding Pools and Hot Tubs. Also, pool basins must be setback 10' from the house and/or any second story decks. I understand that the pool probably needs to be built within the easement but can we build it right on the setback and then do the concrete and landscaping into the conservation easement? There is no setback from the easement for hardcover; however no hardcover is allowed within the conservation easement, see attached Declaration of Covenants. Conditions, Restrictions and Easements.
