Sent via email: cebullaservices(a)vahoo.com RE: Entrance Monument Application Number#2011-00620 Kintyre Two Development The City is in receipt of your permit application received on July 6, 2011. This is a permit for entrance monuments for the Kintyre Two Development. There was no survey submitted with the application and plans, therefore we are unable to confirm if the entrance monuments meet City Code. It appears by the plans submitted that the entrance monuments meet the size and height requirement. The minimum distance from the property line must be 5 feet and 10 feet from a paved/traveled road. For a driveway serving three or more, the minimum distance between the monuments must be 22 feet. The following item must be submitted in order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: 1. Certificate of Survey. Please illustrate on a survey the proposed entrance monument locations. The entrance monuments must meet City requirements (see attached Entrance Monument Information Sheet). Have a surveyor stake the location for verification of location during the footing inspection. The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
