Clifton French, Sunerintendent of the T��ORRIS BAKER PARK RESERVE Hennepin County Park Reserv� District, apneared concernin� the TTorris Baker Parl: Reserve District to acauire property in the Villaoe �f Orono. The Council �aill ta?;e the matter under advisement for two iaeeks , The Council informally agreed to send a BROWN' S BAY P�ARINA letter to Dr. John Lehtinen stating that he must comply �vith the 200-foot dock , limit in order for the Council to grant a renetaal of his marina license next year, (1970) . Basil Banks and Ken Schlossenger appeared CONDITIONAL USE PERn�1IT concerning the conditional use permit for T�innetonka Power Squadron tlle �Tinnetonka Poiaer Sc{uadron at Big Island. Stubbs moved, Searles seconded, that the dred�ing permit only, be granted, subject to applying later for a marina license and compliance with sanitary reaulations. r�otion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
