Oberhauser, Mrs . R. Albertson, and Mrs . R. W. Carlson. Clayton Fitzpatrick � presented a petition from some Casco Point and Dunwoody Avenue residents requesting municipal water. Franzel moved, Butterfield seconded, to send a letter on municipal water to residents of Navarre, Casco Point, Pheasant Lawn, and to residents north of Coffee bridge to the Norenberg bridge , and a11 Orono residents that are in the sewer area, to poll them of their preference on municipal water for these areas . Tlotion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . Butterfield moved, Ross seconded, that REFUND the request of A. W. Scherven for a refund of $30 for an unused conditional use permit, be paid. r�otion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . Franzel moved, Searles secanded, that the UTILITIES rec{uest of the Northwestern Be11 Telephone Northwestern Bell Telephone Company to place buried cable on T.H. #12 , Old Crystal Bay Road, Co. Rd. #51 , Co. Rd. #84, and Co. Rd. #19, be approved subject to the recommendations of the Village Engineer. Butterfield moved, Stubbs seconded, to TRANSFER OF FUNDS transfer $ 7, 500 from Liquor Store Accounts to �eneral Funds to help finance Old Crystal Bay Road project until we receive final payment from T•4SA, be approved. Franzel moved, Searles seconded, to transmit SEIVER AGREET��ENT our proposal on the Chevy Chase area Sewer Orono-taayzata Sewer Agreement to �Nayzata and reauest their response. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . The Council informally discussed the report METROPOLITAN COUNCIL of the �?etropolitan Council to the A7unicipal Consolidation Report Commission on a possible four-village consolidation, involving Orono, lUayzata, Long Lake, and Minnetonka Beach. No action �,ras taken. Stubbs moved, Franzel seconded, that the TRADE LICENSE following Trade License be approved: Moticn, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . Hansmann Well Company - �Vell Driller Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that the BILLS All Fund Accounts 4280 through 4344 and Liauor Store Accounts 6913 through 6942, be paid.
