Oberhauser, Mrs . R. Albertson, and Mrs . R. W. Carlson. Clayton Fitzpatrick � presented a petition from some Casco Point and Dunwoody Avenue residents requesting municipal water. Franzel moved, Butterfield seconded, to send a letter on municipal water to residents of Navarre, Casco Point, Pheasant Lawn, and to residents north of Coffee bridge to the Norenberg bridge , and a11 Orono residents that are in the sewer area, to poll them of their preference on municipal water for these areas . Scherven for a refund of $30 for an unused conditional use permit, be paid. r�otion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . The Council informally discussed the report METROPOLITAN COUNCIL of the �?etropolitan Council to the A7unicipal Consolidation Report Commission on a possible four-village consolidation, involving Orono, lUayzata, Long Lake, and Minnetonka Beach.
