These recommendations were: 1) rSr. Weigman submit a report to the Village once a month reporting his disbursements and receipts of the clubhouse oneration as required by the contract and also submit a report of man hours each month pertaining to the maintenance of the golf course, ' including R�r. ZUeigman's hours and that of other maintenance help. 2) The Village pay D�r. tiVeigman an additional $600. 00; $300. 00 in June, $300. 00 for July, with the understanding of reviewing the entire operation August l , 1969 .
