Re: Buffer Improvement Escrow- Refund
The Applicant, Bill Keenan, has requested a refund of the escrow. The buffer improvement
escrow, Permit Number P9407 pertaining to 2175 Kenwood Way has changed ownership
and, according to Soren, even though the property is currently not in compliance, the City is
unable to hold Mr. Keenan's escrow.

Talked to John Smyth on this and as far as he knows, this property is still in violation. John thought that the developer
did the right thing and planted native vegetation, then the original escrow was reduced/returned, then the current
homeowner sodded the area.
We will likely have additional future billings on this, but we do not have any WIP.
