The Villa ge Council met in the Villa ge
Off ice on the above date ��ith the following
members present: �4ayor Ross, Councilmen
Butterfield, Franzel , Searles , and Stubbs .
Searles moved, Butterfield seconded, that CLERK-ADATINISTRATOR
Ralpii Tqartin of Lawrence, Kansas be hired
as Clerlc-A�lministrator , efFective June l ,
1969 at a salary of $925 per month plus
up to $700 moving exnenses . rlotion,
Roll Call , Ayes (5) - iJays (0) .
Searles moved, Franzel seconded, t,iat the ADJOURN�4ENT
meeting be adjourned at 8 : 15 P.P7, A�otion,
