Regular Pleeting of the Village Council, 7 : 30 P.M.

The Villa ge Council met on the above date
with the following members present: P�ayor
Ross, Councilmen Butterfield, Franzel, .

Butterfield moved, Franzel seconded, that r4INUTES

1969, be appxoved. P�-totion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) .
Franzel moved, Butterfielcl seconded, that SPECIAL rtINUTES
the A�finutes of the Special A�eeting of 1�7arch 31 ,
1969, be approved, as amended, Motion,
Ayes (S) - N,ays (0) .
The following appeared: j�V. Torodor
concernina application for drive- in theatre
license. Dr. R. Delton and his attorney
con�erning dog complaint. P�4r. Peterson,
r-4r. Andrews, and r�7rs . Hollander concernin�
division of property. T. Navratil concerning
buildability of lot. P. Hanilton concerning
golf course beer license.
The Mayor announced that this tivas the time PUBLIC HEARING
and the place for a Public Hearing on the Rt3zoning R-1D to B-1
matter of rezoning 3260 Navarre Lane from
R-1D to B-1. The r�ayor asked if there were
anyone present wishing to be heard on the
matter. . The following appeared: G. Bock,
T. . Rother, C. Stiles , J. T�artin, and D. Sipprell.
After aIl members of the public present were
afforded an opportunity to be heard, the
hearing was closed.

request of George Scherven for the rezoning 3260 Navarre Lane
of 3260 Navarre Lane from R-lll to B-1 , be

the request of Hennepin County for approval County Road #15
to reconstruct County Road #15 in Navarre ,
be deferred until a letter is sent requesting

Stubbs moved, Butterfield seconded, that FEASIBILITY REPORT
the Village Engineer be requested to present
a feasibility report concerning water and
sewer in the Navarre area �long Cotinty` Road
#15, to the next regular meeting of the Village
