durin� the absence of an Ad.ministrator , the
Public IUorks Supervisor be responsible only
to the Village Council for his scope of
Village functions , and that the Chief of
Police be responsible only to the Council
for all other Village functions , including

request for an additional extension phone in
the office be ap�roved; but that the requested

by the Chief of Police, from part-time to
full-time patrolman, effective April 15, 1969 ,

Franzel moved, Butterfield seconded, that the GEORGE HANSON
rec{uest of George Hanson to be paid for vac�.tion
time he had accumulated �ahile a full-time

Chief ot Police Ross reported vn the observation ACTTVITY REPORT
af snowmobile and sliding activity at the Orono
Golf Course .
A letter will be mailed by the Village Engineer LEAF STREET PROJECT
to persons who will be affected by tree removai
and street widening on Leaf Street. The Village
Engineer and Public Works Supervisor will also
personally contact these nersons .
