Please be advised that a change from a homestead classification to a non-homestead
classification has been made to the property noted above, effective for the 2007 assessment year.
This change will affect property taxes payable in 2008. This change was not reflected on the
value notice that was sent earlier this month.
Our records are being adjusted accordingly.
