Orono's hardcover is regulated in setback zones from the ordinary high water of the lake— see the attached information sheet. Please provide the hardcover calculations on the sheet provided and identify which zone(s) the property is in. Also, please provide a revised survey that indicates the grading proposed on the site and the driveway/hardcover proposed to be removed. Additionally, a building permit for an addition requires a $2500 escrow. Please have the property owner sign the attached escrow agreement and submit it along with a check for $2500 prior to the issuance of the permit. Thank you. The plans are dated 8-9-1i. We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: • The plan appears to be acceptable from an engineering standpoint. • This project will disturb more than 100 CY of material. Sediment and erosion control information meeting the requirements of Orono's City Code 79-7(c)(2) must be submitted. The minimum $2000 sediment and erosion control financial security should be required of the owner for this permit.
