Franzel moved, Stubbs seconded, that the STREET VACATION
request of Herbert Ebert and A1bin
Franquist for a street vacation between
3295 Crystal Bay Road and 3309 Crystal
Bay Road, be denied , A4otion, Ayes (3) -

Vasa Park property on Tonkawa Road, be

request of Norman Larson for a Building
Permit for Wayside Kennels be tabled for
further study . Norman Larson advised
that temporary doghouses were built in
1966 and that forty percent of the dogs
are sold for laboratory purposes . Motion,

All Fund Accounts 1186 through 1250 , and
Liquor Store Accounts 5789 through
