Dear Rachel:
In regard to the above matter, I am returning to you an original unrecarded
Resolution No. 5696 along with the rejection letter by the Hennepin County
Registrar (torrens). According to the County, there is no Outlot A for the plat of
Walters Port in the torrens records. Please note that I did contact the County
Recor�er, prior to attempting to file this Resolution, and the Recorder indicated that
there was no Outlot A, Walters Port Addition, in abstract records; thus, the attempt to
file it in torrens.
The second original Resolution 5696 has been sent to the County Recorder to
be recorded in Abstract records for the property legally described as Lot 4, Blocic 3,
Walters Port Addition (William and Susan Dunkley).
