Alex,
We have reviewed the photos submitted and will refund the escrow money. While we acknowledge the escrow was
paid by Revision, LLC, per the escrow agreement the escrow money will be refunded to the property owner. Please note
all expenditures, including escrow refunds, require council approval. The request will be on the February 13th council
agenda. Checks are mailed out following the meeting.
For future projects, remember to call for an inspection of established vegetation prior to winter weather conditions.

Those photos are the best I could do on short notice. I am aware that it shows the roof. That being said, it does
show a significant amount of the vegetation that was put in place post deck expansion. I will dig through some
other files and see if I can get other pictures.

completed landscaping versus the completed deck and roof?

I just called and scheduled a final inspection for 10 am this Friday.
I have attached two pictures that show the established vegetation. Please let me know if this does not suffice.

According to our records,the deck permit for 2695 Kelly Avenue needs framing and final inspections. Please call 952-
249-4600 to schedule those inspections.
The issued permit for the deck(copy attached)states the escrow money will be refunded after all inspections have been
completed and all disturbed areas have been established with vegetation. Due to the winter/weather conditions we
cannot verify establishment of vegetation. Do you have any pictures of the completed project showing established
vegetation?
I also see there are open inspections(tear off,cedar shake examination and final)for a new roof. Please follow up with
our building official regarding permit#2016-00462.
