Re: Deck Construction without Building Permit
Dear Mr. Birnbaum:
It has come to the attention of this department that a deck has recently been constructed on your
property at 2695 Kelly Avenue. This letter is to notify you that building permits are required
for deck construction in the City of Orono.
Therefore the City must require you to submit building plans, hardcover calculations, a survey
showing the deck and a permit application before 1/23/95. If you have any questions or if I can
assist you in anyway, please feel free to contact me at my office.
