C, Thomas appeared in regard to the 3. 2 beer License and Set-up Permit for the Lighthouse . Stubbs moved, Bagley seconded, that the ON-OFP SALE F� SET-UP Li�hthc�use Beer �?n-Off Sale and Set-up LICENSE License be denied. Fr. anz�l TM�oved� Searles LIGHTHOUSE secon�ed to amend motion tabling action until next regular Council meeting to clarify legal ir�plic�tions . Amendment , Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . Amended Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . Stubbs and Ba�ley abstaining. Stubbs moved, Searles seconded, that the PARKING PLAN requi.rement of a plat of survey showing, LIGHTHOUSE buildings and parking facilities from the Lighthouse applicant, be approved. � Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) , � Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the GF.R�C�E SETBACK � garage setback variance request of VARIANCE Warren A. Ortenblad, Lot 141 on Casco t"dARREN A. ORTENBLAD Point, be approved with a side yard set- back of faur and one-half_ feet and a rear yard setback to four feet in front of garage on north adjoining property.
