� � VILLAGE OF ORONO Regular Meeting of the Village Council , 7 : 30 P.M. February 27 , 1967 . The Village Council met on tiie above date with the following members present : Nlayor Ross , Trustees Franzel , Bagley and Stubbs . Trustee Searles absent . Franzel moved, Bagley seconded, that the minutes MINUTES of the regular rneeting of February 13 , 1967 , be i� approved . Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . � Mr . Milton Lagerc{uist appeared concerning division of his property on Casco Point . He ' ��as advi.sed to make a suitable application to the Village . Franzel moved , Bagley seconded., that a pre- URBAN RENEWAL liminary inspection of the affected area, NAVARRE BUSINESS requested by the Navarre Business Association, ASSOCIATION to determine possible eligibility for ur�an renewal , be approved. Motion , Ayes (3) - Nays (0) , Trustee Stubbs abstaining. Franzel moved, Stubbs seconded., that the Village 1967 DOCK LICENSES Administrator contact further affectEd m.arina operators concerning requirements for 200-foot dock length , suitable sanitary facilities , and tr.e provision of suitable dumping facilities should slips be rented far boats having state-approved sanitary facilities .
