The Village Council met on the above date with

Franzel , Bagley and Stu�bs . Trustee Searles absent.
Franzel' moved, Stubbs secon:ded, that the minutes MINUTES
of the regular meeting o£ January 23, 1967, be
ar�proved. Motior., Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
P�rs . Henry Anderson appeared concerning dock set-
� back requirements and dock licensing.
` "��rald Parten appeared concerning regulation of

adjacent to North Shore Grocery and thanked the
Council for snow removal and Police service .
